Where you are employed by a corporate client, we will process any such personal data referred to in this paragraph strictly in accordance with the instructions of the corporate client. We will treat the corporate client as the controller of any contact data that we are provided with.

We may also use this information to contact you regarding the latest promotions and offers regarding our products and services, and send you newsletters.

The source of the website data is our analytics tracking system. This website data may be processed for the purposes of analysing the use of the website and services.

Where you are employed by a corporate client, the legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests, namely the marketing of relevant products and services to the corporate client.

If you opt-in to our mailing list, you will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information. If at any time you wish to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each e-mail.

    We may process information contained in any communication that you send to us (" correspondence data"). The correspondence data may include the communication content and metadata associated with the communication. Our website will generate the metadata associated with communications made using the website contact forms. This may include a blend of technical information and personal data.

We may use this data to provide you with services from our web site, to monitor and administer your account with us. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests in providing our products or services to you, or the corporate client.

  1. Profile data – Job applications.
    We may process employment information that you provide to us (" profile data"). This profile data may include your name, address, telephone number, email address, profile pictures, gender, date of birth, relationship status, interests and hobbies, educational details, employment history, curriculum vitae, job preferences and employment details. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests in finding an appropriate person for a particular role.
